Job Descriptions:

Position: Asso. Planning & Operation Manager

Department: GAMA

Line Manager: Senior Access Operation Manager

Key responsibilities:

1) Process Operation : coordinate internal financial and HCC approval process, to streamline the procedure and establish a well-rounded mechanism handbook.

2) Strategy Analysis : support the whole listing process and GAMA MBR preparation, provide agile solutions according to actual business solutions. Support business insights and strategy formulation through in-depth data analysis.

3) Internal & External Enabling : promote internal project implementation and advertisement to enhance team engagement.

4) Project Execution : ensure company’s key projects’ landing & execution in GAMA. Support GAMA’s own projects execution with high quality.

Main job tasks:

1) Responsible for monthly/quarterly financial accrual and regular long aging tracking.

2) Collaborate sub teams and cross functions to ensure smooth activity process.

3) Deliver listing dashboards to track the progress.

4) Responsible for data analysis and business insight generation, including monthly GAMA dashboard, BP preparation, etc.

5) Responsible for monthly communication letter design, “Direct to Compliance” & “Direct to Finance” series activities.

6) Support internal meetings and trainings, such as GRIT workshop, POA, etc.

Experience:

1) Data analysis experience and project management experience are preferred.

Personal skills:

1) Strong excel and PPT skills.

2) Good communication skills

3) Self-driven and result oriented.

4) Quick learner and open minded
