We at Holycode are currently looking for a Senior Product Owner with strong skills and proven experience, who is ready to dive into our Plenigo (https://www.plenigo.com/) team, for a full-time engagement, here in our Belgrade office.

Plenigo is a software-as-a-service company that provides its customers with software functions in a cloud, operates and continuously develops them. Their customers are looking for a solution to manage and expand their subscriber base. In this context, Plenigo primarily addresses publishing houses and media companies. Plenigo offers them a unique range of functions for a contemporary buying experience for their target groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive feature specifications for our product offerings.

• Design and conceptualize user interfaces and interaction designs that enhance user experience.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure successful product launches.

• Utilize Atlassian tools for project management and documentation.

• Communicate effectively and directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and convey technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Understand technical aspects of the product to facilitate effective communication across user groups.

• Drive the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

  Qualifications and experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a similar role.

• Demonstrated experience in UI/interaction design and specification writing.

• Proven record of accomplishment of successfully managing and launching software products.

• Fluent in Serbian, English, and German.

• Proven experience in product management or a related role, with a strong emphasis on feature specification and UI/interaction design.

• Experience with SAAS software development.

• Proficiency with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Ideally experience in ecommerce, media or publishing business.
