By supporting the various aspects of the product teams, you will enable teams to focus their time on designing, building and shipping products. You will improve team communication, collaboration and remove roadblocks. Finally, you'll utilize a full range of organizational and interpersonal skills to help keep our teams on track, execute specific design initiatives intended to grow team culture, industry expertise and team impact, and you'll have an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams as you establish great ways of working together.

Design Program Manager- Monetization Responsibilities:

1. Identify and drive company-level product initiatives forward that have multiple stakeholders, difficult or competing deadlines, multiple dependencies and many moving parts

2. Prioritize, assess tradeoffs, propose clear solutions and communicate strategically for self and others

3. Identify, define and manage multi-team strategic initiatives that drive efficiency and impact, often contributing best practices to the discipline

4. Identify, define and manage multi-team strategic initiatives that build capacity to extend impact, often driving best practices for the discipline

5. Own and facilitate meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives and establish clear next steps and owners while resolving blocks that impede progress

6. Proactively assess risk, raise flags and resolve issues before they become problems for larger teams

7. Sought out as the operations expert to the product team and trusted leader across the company, mentoring and sharing expertise with others

8. Communicate persuasively to the right audience to get buy-in and feedback

9. Proactively problem solve and distribute information effectively

10. Define and measure impact of programs and initiatives both qualitatively and quantitatively, continually refining and iterating to ensure usage and adoption

11. Scale programs and initiatives when necessary and delegate effectively with clear expectations

12. Source and manage operational budgets, vendor relationships and contracts

Minimum Qualifications:

13. Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management

14. Experience handling complexity and navigating ambiguity with teams on large scale 0 to 1 projects from concept to execution

15. Experience working with product teams or programs from roadmapping through delivery

16. Experience working directly with product designers, user experience researchers, and content designers

17. Track record of operating independently and without oversight

18. Experience leading product or business strategy in a fast-paced environment

19. Experience managing vendors and contractors

20. Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions

Public Compensation:

$186,000/year to $253,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
