Freshworks Inc. Principal Customer Success Manager in Bellevue, Washington
Be a technical authority during customers' cloud migration, deployment, and adoption of Freshworks products to ensure seamless integration, which entails risk management, cross-functional collaboration with other teams within Freshworks and utilizing data analytics. Oversee product implementation to ensure timely feature rollouts and optimal license utilization by tailoring Freshworks solutions to align with the clients' needs, mapping client business requirements to Freshworks functionalities, and conducting regular Executive Business Reviews to align product vision with client objectives. Collaborate with account teams during the pre-sales phase to understand the business case and value proposition, and ensure potential post-sales challenges are anticipated and addressed by providing customers with a thorough understanding of Freshservice capabilities tailored to their specific needs. Identify and nurture successful customers into advocates, encouraging their participation in case studies, webinars, and other marketing activities. Serve as the main liaison for customers post-sale and build relationships with high-level stakeholders. Must travel 2 to 4 times per year to meet customers in North America (U.S. and Canada) and for internal company meetings in California. Part-time telecommuting allowed. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or other closely related fields, and 60 months of experience.
