We, Transportation Engineering Systems -Tech Innovation (TITANS), build the Machine Learning Ops tech infrastructure to operationalize the transportation network ML models. Our mission is to build the most efficient and optimal transportation system on the planet, using our engineering muscle as our biggest advantage. Our team, TITANS, builds the technology that enables configuration management, transportation planning automation and trans network performance management workflows to reduce cost to serve for the outbound transportation network.
Key job responsibilities
You will lead the short term planning planning automation product roadmap for Canada, business requirements/user story definition and Go To Market rollout. Secondly you will drive the Go to market rollout of the ML Ops tech infrastructure for at risk customer shipments research science model.
This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work closely with software developers, supply chain planners, data engineers, research scientist and finance to enhance the customer experience and product delivery. We are looking for a highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team-oriented individual who has the ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. He or she will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
About the team
TESS manages transportation network configuration by working with different internal stakeholders and systems, to deliver desired business outcomes. The North America Transportation Systems engineering team (TITANS) is a sub org within TESS and owns the development of software products for config and transportation planning automation.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
