Duties:

Help build the next generation of systems behind Meta's products, create web and/or mobile applications that reach over two billion people, and build high-volume servers to support content. Harness passion for technology, advanced knowledge, and significant work experience in the industry to help build highly scalable performant solutions. Make use of advanced knowledge of algorithms and core computer science concepts as well as demonstrated ability to apply knowledge to real world systems. Without direct assistance, make the most of ability to recognize and match patterns from different areas of computer science in production systems and hone skill in making architectural decisions. Employ deep knowledge in at least one area: data processing, programming languages, databases, networking, operating systems, computer graphics, or human computer interaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Requires 60 months of experience involving the following:

1. C, C++, C#, Java, Python, or PHP;
2. Relational databases and SOL;
3. Core web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML;
4. Web Frameworks: React, Node.js;
5. RPC frameworks: Coral, Thrift, or gRPC;
6. Designing and implementing restful APls;
7. Data processing technologies: Apache Airflow, Spark or Presto, Hive;
8. Distribute cache systems/services (Memcached, ElasticCache or Redis);
9. Distributed Databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB or Membase);
10. Indexing document with Search related services: Lucene or Alacorn;
11. Experience with Storage Services (BlobStorage, Warm Storage, or Data Warehouse);
12. Experience using servertess computing: Virtual machines, Cloud Computer;
13. Distributed Message Queue: Kafka, Scribe;
14. Microservice architecture-based design and implementation; and
15. Experience using Regular Expressions (Regex).
