What you'll do...

The Central Operations team is dedicated to fostering strategic alignment across EBS, enhancing technical and engineering operations, collaborating on business planning, ensuring timely and relevant internal communications, strengthening FP&A partnerships, nurturing EBS talent, engaging with strategic partners, and spearheading our EBS transformation journey.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage large-scale, highly complex technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in leading cross team and product initiatives with proven skills in translating software requirements and system design concepts into end-to-end solution requirements; proactively working across multiple engineering workstreams to establish and rationalize framework for initiative plan, drive alignment and progress/velocity in deliverables. This role involves defining technical program/initiative goals, securing commitments, managing cross-functional dependencies, and resolving ambiguous situations. Additionally, the individual will lead end-to-end system design, ensure quality outcomes, and executive engagement. Strong stakeholder management, influential communication, and analytical problem-solving skills are essential to drive program success and achieve business goals.
Technical Expertise

Responsibilities:
· Lead and broker agreement on end-to-end, high-level system/solution design.

· Review delivery plans and ensure quality outcomes for new initiatives and modernization of existing technology stacks.
· Mentor team members and implement tools to increase the velocity of engineering teams.
Program Planning & Development

Responsibilities:

· Identify synergies, overlaps, and waste across multiple areas of work.

Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00-$312,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
