A-Shift Sunday - Thursday (6:00am - 2:30pm)

B-Shift Monday - Friday (2:45pm - 11:15pm and Friday's 12:00pm-8:30pm)

1. Supervise warehouse pickers and put-away employees in record-tracking of new inventory delivered
2. Supervise warehouse packers day to day work flow, ensure they're packing/palletizing PO's correctly
3. Oversees the daily workflow of the warehouse; schedules and organizes staff to ensure proper staffing
4. Supervise day to day operations, coordinate with all personnel from receiving, inventory, picking, packing and shipping phases
5. Ensure accurate and timely shipments
6. Motivate and coach employees
7. Enforces established safety guidelines; promotes a safe workplace
8. Able to plan and schedule effectively depending on order volume

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years' in a Supervisory Role

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to manage priorities and workflow

Ability to work independently

Proven WMS skills

Proven Excel skills

Bilingual is English and Spanish
