UNITY CARE NW Call Center Agent in Bellingham, Washington

Compensation:

  • Hourly, non-exempt
  • New hires can expect to be placed on our starting wage scale of $19.95 to $23.46 per hour
  • Based on performance, there is room to grow on our full wage scale of $19.95 to $26.92 per hour

Work Schedule:

  • 40 hours, M-F w/ a Saturday rotation which includes a 10% shift differential

Job Summary

As a Call Center Agent you would be responsible for providing a welcoming and positive telephone experience to incoming callers and supporting the Call Center in meeting service level and quality performance objectives.
