REQUIREMENTS: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - F/T needed. Must have valid Licensed Practical Nurse License (LPN) in WV and maintain a current CPR certification. Drug/Background screening upon offer of employment. DESCRIPTION: Provide direct nursing care to acutely and/or chronically ill residents through individualized care plans in compliance with state and federal standards. Pay is $28.00- $34.13 plus $1.00 per deim and $2.00 per diem for night. Benefits, and hours will be discussed at interview.
