Job Summary

As a Customer Development Executive you will be responsible for professionally representing the Colgate Palmolive company, managing the relationship with our partners in terms of trust and respect, marketing and developing the 5p's in different product categories in order to increase sales profitably , improve distribution levels and market share, in accordance with our business principles.

Main responsibilities

  • Implement CP's commercial strategies, ensuring the correct execution of the 5p's at the point of sale, seeking to generate benefits for our customers and for CP, proactively understanding our customers' needs and recommending solutions to the different requirements of the retail environment.

  • Achieve assigned territory sales objectives.

  • Monitoring the territory's performance, promoting periodic JVP and T2T meetings.

  • Plan and organize administrative activities that include: Budget control, monitoring and payment of activities, maintaining an updated price list, stock, promotional quota, contact matrix and current account control

  • Ensure compliance with credit policies established by the company

  • Carry out field visits to monitor planned activities, observe competition, find opportunities and share with the commercial team to develop strategies that respond to competitive changes in the market. MRI and CDT

  • Maintain proactive communication with the customer (Direct/Top Retailers/Indirect) to present quarterly plans, JVP, launches, promotions, tabloids, price reductions and all available sales tools.

  • Analyze information generated through tools (Neogrid/Nielsen/Scanntech) to make the right decisions that direct and develop the business such as: Promotions club, negotiation and monitoring of growth plans, increased distribution, market share growth, productivity, loyalty etc.

  • Use Super Clube as a tool for developing and accelerating sell thru.

  • Train customer and store teams (campaigns, product launches, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, desirable in the areas of Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering

  • Experience in the commercial area in consumer goods industries

  • Knowledge of Google, Office, Scanntech, Neogrid and Nielsen tools

  • Data & Analytics. Use of information to generate Insights
