About the role

Established Software Development professional. Responsible for coordinating, developing and executing a Development Operations (DevOps) strategy to ensure quality software deployments and overall application health and performance.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are

• You design and implement cloud-based data architectures, and pipelines, and efficiently handle large amounts of data for the Industrial IOT Segment

• Provision MySQL instances, both in clustered and non-clustered configurations

• Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases both on prem and cloud

• Perform database administration tasks, including automation, performance monitoring and tuning, and query optimization.

• Handle common database procedures, such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc.

• Assisting database development teams in designing new database programs that meet the organization s data storage needs.

• Writing new support programs and scripts to increase data storage capacity.

• Reviewing database and user reports, as well as system information.

• Performing debugging procedures on database scripts and programs, as well as resolving conflicts.

• Documenting processes related to database design, configuration, and performance.

• Build and deploy data pipelines and database processes, including SQL and NoSQL databases for enterprise data management applications

• Delivery of AWS SQL databases for Production, Development and QA teams

• Write intermediate to advanced SQL for data operations and reporting efforts.

• Performance tuning and review of database-level objects including stored procedures

• Experience with Windows and Linux & solid knowledge about time-series data management

• Experience writing SQL queries, Scala knowledge preferable and navigating databases of programmes preferable Knowledge of and experience using data models and data dictionaries in industry 4.0 domain.

Experience and Skills Required:

• 4-6 years of overall experience in database domain

• At least 3 years of experience in Cloud native database management

• Thorough working knowledge in AWS, Lambdas, Microservices etc.,

• Experience in executing CI/CD processes.

• Good Knowledge on Cloud security & security design control implementation

• Experience in developing APIs [Rest, GraphQL] and MQTT protocols.

• Great knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology
