Oracle Hyperion Financial Management is a comprehensive, Web-based application that delivers global financial consolidation, reporting and analysis in a single, highly scalable software solution. It utilizes today's most advanced technology, yet is built to be owned and maintained by the enterprise's finance team. It provides financial consolidation and reporting that enables you to rapidly consolidate and report financial results, meet global regulatory requirements, reduce the cost of compliance, and deliver confidence in the numbers.

We are a small team within a dynamic international organization. The position provides customer interaction and opportunities to influence product direction.

As a Senior Software Developer you will work in a challenging environment as a Application developer on enterprise application in the Financial Consolidation and Close space. We are looking for software professionals who are passionate about Application development being used by office of CEO.

The role will consist of:

Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code for enterprise applications.

Implementing performance and quality modules

Identifying bottlenecks ,Troubleshooting and resolving application defects

Providing technical guidance to junior developers

Collaborating with other integration teams, to design new features or resolve problems

Career Level - IC3

Responsibilities

B.E./MCA/MS Computer Science (or related discipline)

3 to 5+ years of programming experience in C/C++ on Linux And/OR Windows

Strong Knowledge: Data Structures, SQL, Debugging on both windows and Linux

OS Knowledge: Windows, Linux, Solaris (Optional).

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools – GIT.

Problem solving skills and Ability to quickly learn new technologies

Experience with large and complex application development

Capable of working independently and efficiently

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
