We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect with a strong business mindset to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at improving solutions, driving innovation, and developing new solutions that act as accelerators for our business. The role requires a proactive problem solver who can evaluate feasibility, support tech sales, and share best practices and lessons learned.

You’ll make a difference by:

1. Solution Improvement and Innovation

• Continuously evaluate and enhance existing solutions to ensure they meet business needs and industry standards.

• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the development and implementation of new ideas.

2. Problem Solving and Firefighting

• Act as a critical problem solver to address urgent and complex technical challenges.

• Provide quick and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

3. New Solution Development

• Design and architect new solutions that address emerging business requirements.

• Ensure new solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals.

4. Accelerators Development

• Develop and implement accelerators to speed up the delivery and efficiency of solutions.

• Leverage automation and other technologies to enhance productivity.

5. Feasibility Evaluation

• Conduct thorough feasibility studies for proposed solutions.

• Analyze technical, financial, and operational aspects to determine viability and potential impact.

6. Technical Sales Support

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process.

• Assist in crafting compelling technical proposals and presentations for clients.

7. Best Practices and Knowledge Sharing

• Share best practices, experiences, and lessons learned across the organization.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions to disseminate knowledge and improve team capabilities.

You’ll win us over by

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in solution architecture or a related field, with a track record of successful project delivery.

Skills:

• Strong business acumen and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

• Proficiency in solution improvement, innovation, and the development of new solutions.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to act swiftly in high-pressure situations.

• Experience with feasibility evaluations and a deep understanding of technical and financial considerations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven experience in supporting technical sales efforts.

• Knowledge of best practices in solution architecture and the ability to share insights effectively.
