AT&T Sr Specialist Tech Business Analysis in Bengaluru, India

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading agile ceremonies

• Responsible for project documentation, developing user stories, technical enablers, and product backlogs.

• Responsible to perform both Scrum Master role and System Analyst role

• Prepare scrum metrics reports such as burn rate, capacity, etc. and report it to respective leaders.

• Ensure all requirements for all requests are documented via approved requirements templates and delivery plan templates.

• Research issues and work with appropriate support from development teams through resolution.

• Work with other TBAs to unblock dev team stories.

Primary / Mandatory skills:

• Overall Experience: 8+ years’ experience working as a System Analyst or Technical Business Analyst or Developer roles.

• Solid experience in DevOps Agile methodology

• Sound knowledge in Unit and Function testing using Junit, Spock, Mockito/JMock

• Experience with SoapUI or Postman, writing API contracts (request and response)

• Experience with (not expected to code) Java, Spring boot Micro Services, REST services, NoSQL technologies (Cassandra/Mongo DB), Oracle, AEM /Kafka/MQ/Rabbit, Redis/, Splunk, Prometheus/Grafana, Git, Jira, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) and modern version control for use in continuous deployments.

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum/Kanban development team.

• Experience working with process management software such as JIRA.

• Experience with all phases of the software development life cycle, best practices, and Agile Software Development.

• Work with Leads, Engineers, Architects, Product Managers, and Business stakeholders to identify technical and functional needs of systems based on priority.

• Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborative environments

Secondary / Desired skills:

• Good experience in build and CICD technologies: GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar

• Good experience in Unit and Function testing using Junit, Spock, Mockito/JMock, Selenium, Cucumber, SoapUI or Postman

• Familiarity with HTML5, Java, JavaScript frameworks, and CSS3

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and leaders
