Looking for experienced professional with at least 12- 15 years of experience with Operations and DevOps Background.

B.E / B.Tech / M.C.A / M.Tech in Computer science background or equivalent.

Location: Bangalore

To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and experience:5 to 8 yrs IT experience and at least 3+ yrs of relevant experience.Trouble-shooting and proactively managing highly technical system issues. Operating and provisioning into cloud environments:Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI),AWS,Azure,Python, shell and other programming language skills an advantage.Experience in Operating large Java/python/ruby applications.Operating and contributing to automation and management systems:Puppet,Ansible,Capistrano

Exposure to system management monitoring and alerting tools:Nagios,Prometheus,PCP. Extensive experience and knowledge of the Linux operating system in particular RedHat Enterprise Linux or Oracle Enterprise Linux.

Good analytical skills for troubleshooting problems, especially from remote locations.Ability to listen and communicate clearly with different areas of the business. An understanding of production operations processes such as ITIL and CMMI Virtualization Experience with Vmware vSphere/ESXi, or Linux based solutions.

Experience and knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Server Operating System and Microsoft SQL Server.Sound knowledge and experience of TCP/IP networking and experience with Linux based firewalls, routers and IPSEC VPN systems.Willingness to proactively engage in continuous process improvement.Be a self-starter with the capability to work autonomously. Pro-actively contribute and support the team and Oracle.

Provide rotational on call support for all global regions.Define, design, and implement network communications and solutions within a fast-paced, leading edge database/applications company.Perform performance trend analysis and manage the server/network capacity.

Propose client configuration and implement technical solutions to enhance and/or troubleshoot the system. Work with others to define, coordinate vendor purchase needs. Responsible for support documentation as well.Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role.

6-10 years of related experience in a medium to large network distributed and computing environment. BS in Computer Science or related field.

Perform performance trend analysis and manage the server/network capacity. Propose client configuration and implement technical solutions to enhance and/or troubleshoot the system. Work with others to define, coordinate vendor purchase needs. Responsible for support documentation as well.
