Oracle Systems Analyst 3-IT in BENGALURU, India

Job Description

An ideal candidate is expected to work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure, and should meet the following criteria.

  • Minimum 3+ years working experience in managing Millennium applications

  • This role communicates and builds trusted relationships with Operational users from Nursing, Infectious Disease, Pediatrics, Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, ED, OR, IT, and Informatics among others.

  • Candidate would be client facing and would have regular/frequent meetings with a US Client. Support would need to be available to the client during normal business hours in the EST time zone.

  • Would be responsible for a wide variety of projects (working in tandem with site PMO), lead and mentor the client as to industry best practices.

  • Would have responsibility to consult the client as to solutions, functionality, reporting, system and other KPI monitoring, establishing department goals in alignment with client initiatives and strategies.

  • Would be responsible for logging and tracking SRs related to the areas of responsibilities, facilitating client and resource (i.e. AMS, On-Site, etc) communication, and owning issues to a full and complete resolution.

  • Would also participate in any IT department upgrades, testing events, meetings, etc and be responsible for the proper and updated documentation of all solutions, workflows, test scripts, cortex and any other documents to fully create a repository of current state with this particular client.

Responsibilities

  • To support the major critical components of Millennium including PowerChart, Orders, PowerPlans, Documentation, SurgiNet, FirstNet, and EPrescribe, among many others.

  • Having knowledge and experience to fulfill the clients ITIL Service Management requirements of Incident, Service Request, Change Request, and Problem Management activities along with driving regulatory and clinical projects.

  • Ability to be flexible, quick learning, adaptable, adjust to changing priorities, strong communication skills

  • Able to work with team, collaboration.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to client needs and handle escalations with professionalism and tact.

  • Deep understanding of Cerner Millennium and associated 3rd Party applications specific to the listed areas.

  • Ability to work during U. S. business hours.
