Customer Service Representative, Bensalem PA, 19020

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, superior customer service, ensuring all customer needs and requests are identified and addressed, always maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone handling skills and active listening
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Customer-orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Acknowledge and respond in a timely fashion to all order requests, submitted quotes and delivery follow-up
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication over phone and in person
• Recognize opportunities to generate sales leads and new customer development
• Support the achievement of sales/budget targets, which includes maintaining stock control and gross margins while managing cost budgets
• Entering and updating customer information into our Point-of-Sale software accurately
• Accepting cash and taking credit/debit card payments

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen
• Minimum 1 year of proven customer service experience
• Strong math skills; mathematically inclined
• Clear communication and effective listening skills
• Exceptional telephone skills and etiquette
• Experience in selling in the industrial market, B2B selling , Metals experience a plus
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and written
• Valid Driver's license, clean driving record (non-CDL) and insurable
• Physically able to frequently lift/move metal product weighing 50 -100 lbs

Job Type: Full time

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:00 - 5:00, No weekends

Shift: Day shift, No nights

Pay: $20 per hour
