An industrial electrician is needed at a large manufacturer near Smithfield! Direct Hire w/ full benefits at an industry leader, must be proficient with troubleshooting/programming PLC's along + mechanical maintenance skills. Great long term opportunity with room to grow! Pay - $35-40+ based on exp Available Shifts - 7a-7p or 7p-7a 2-2-3 schedule If interested please and answer the prescreening questions!

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot all electrical issues in complex manufacturing environment

• Review open work orders, current equipment issues and help identify priorities.

• Work with other Electronic Technicians based on those priorities, assists in obtaining needed parts.

• Primary contact for breakdown issues and corrective actions requested by operations.

• Work with JDE, Siemens, GE, low and medium voltage, and controls methodology

• Remain intimately familiar with NFPA 70E and safe electrical work practices, including establishing an

• electrically safe work condition, troubleshooting practices, and approach boundaries

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
