About the Role

The InHome team is building products leveraging advanced technologies to deliver the next frontier of convenience for those busy families and individuals needing an extra hand. Our team is committed to radically improving the lives of our customers by removing the burden of planning and shopping on people's everyday lives.

The InHome team is looking for a Staff P roduct M anager to own the customer delivery experience. You will be responsible for the entire customer journey from placing your InHome order to receiving your groceries neatly in your fridge. You will partner closely with our customer success team and work cross-functionally to gain input and buy-in on projects to keep our customer satisfaction scores high.

You should be highly independent, resourceful, customer-obsessed, and familiar working across both web and mobile platforms.

The work location for this opportunity is in Bentonville, AR.

What You'll Do

• Define and develop a product strategy for the InHome customer experience

• Build the product roadmap

• Partner with internal teammates to push the envelope on creating the best user experience

• Analyze success of features through data and key metrics and be able to effectively communicate wins and opportunity areas to leadership.

• Define product KPIs and adjust the product to continue meeting KPIs.

• Conduct customer research and translate their needs into priorities and business impact .

• Serve as a friendly, helpful resource and advocate for customers and their problems .

• Launch new features on time and with a high level of quality including testing and QA .

What You'll Need

• 5 + years of experience working as a product manager, with a degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Specialty in product design for customer experience; conception to launch.

• Experience driving product vision and go-to-market strategies

• Passionate about emerging technologies.

You Will Knock Us Off Our Feet If

• You can create and present strategic experiences that ladder up into business strategy,

goals, and opportunities

• Experience working in an agile and/or lean environment

• Experience with last mile product management

• You have prior start-up, incubator experience, balancing technical and business constraints.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 9 years' experience in product management or related area.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
