Job Title: Electromechanical TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician to work on electromechanical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong skillset in soldering, wire harnessing, laying out PCBs, and performing bench top work. You will conduct electrical measurements using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other tools while partnering with engineers to run assigned engineering activities and improve processes and SOPs with your feedback.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering, wire harnessing, and laying out PCBs.

• Conduct electrical measurements using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other tools.

• Partner with engineers to run assigned engineering activities.

• Provide feedback to improve processes and SOPs.

• Read CAD blueprints, SOPs, and schematics to follow PCB design and assembly.

• Perform bench top work, debugging, and testing using measurement tools.

Essential Skills

• Strong experience with soldering under a microscope.

• Expertise in troubleshooting and reworking PCBs.

• Proficiency in building custom wire harnesses.

• Ability to read CAD blueprints and schematics.

• Experience with oscilloscope and multimeter usage.

• 5+ years of experience preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently without waiting for instructions.

This role is based in a startup environment with sites in Berkeley and Santa Clara. The company has ambitious goals to scale manufacturing and achieve revenue targets to secure further funding. The team is focused on innovation and continuous improvement, providing a dynamic and collaborative work atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $124800.00/yr.
