DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: The SAP Data Lead will manage a small team of data analysts (internal/third party) to oversee the data extraction, transformation, and loaded from multiple ERP systems into S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex SAP projects. This leader will also develop and implement SAP master data governance. This role will report into the SAP Program Director and manage a team of OTC analysts.

Key Responsibilities * Lead the data conversion team in executing data load and governance activities into the SAP S/4 system. * Develop and implement SAP data conversion and governance strategies in alignment with the overall SAP S4 strategy. * Manage the performance of the SAP data workstream, including supervision of SAP data analysts and supporting team members. * Oversee data-related activities during division cutover, working closely with the SAP Deployment Leads to ensure timely completion with high-quality data. * Direct the development of data conversion processes in data conversion tools. * Develop annual and long-term strategic plans for data conversion and governance in collaboration with the SAP roadmap. * Identify opportunities for improvement in data conversion and governance and drive the development and adoption of improvement projects.

Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience * Minimum of 10 years doing data conversion and data governance * Minimum of 2 full S/4HANA implementations * Must have experience with a large global company of $1 billion in revenue or more * Proficiency in data conversion and governance practices * Experience with the SAP Data Cockpit * Experience with Syniti * Experience with the SAP Master Data Governance application * Experience in government regulated industries and data masking * Experience managing a team * Strong leadership skills and proven ability to adapt leadership style to different situations and people as well as to a complex business structure. * Willing to travel on a project basis
