SUBSTITUTE TEACHER II

1. Bachelor's degree required.
2. 10 instructional days total of successful LKSD substitute teacher experience or current holder of Alaska Type Ateacher certification, and the recommendation of the site administrator.
3. Meets and instructs assigned classes in the locations and at the times designed.
4. Encourages students to set and maintain high standards of classroom behavior.
5. Establishes and maintains cooperative relations with others.
6. Is responsible for monitoring the behavior of all students within his sight and hearing during the work day.
7. Supervises lunchrooms, playground, bus loading areas, etc.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary $17.87 an hour
