The Talent Acquisition Recruiter role will provide dedicated full-life cycle recruiting and strategic partnership to our business leadership and Human Resource Business Partners to identify and fulfill staffing requirements.

As the Talent Acquisition Recruiter you will have responsibility for, but not limited to, the following key deliverables:

• Partnership with Senior Recruiters, HR Business Partners and Hiring Leaders to identify critical talent for Enterprise Operations, Corporate Headquarters' hiring needs.

• Manage and execute the hiring process to include screening resumes, coordination of interviews, ensuring great candidate and hiring manager experiences.

• Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with Senior Recruiters and clients to understand staffing needs and workforce strategy.

• Implement effective recruiting strategies to build talent pipelines for critical skill segments.

• Consistently provide timely feedback to clients on status of recruiting activity and any challenges being faced.

• Communicate the availability of skill sets to client and make recommendations on the staffing strategy to successfully fill staffing requirements for program success.

• Review and proof each requisition, confer with clients regarding discrepancies on requisition prior to posting to attract the appropriate candidate pool.

• Manage time effectively and drive impact and results.

• Guide leaders on the completion of required interview assessment to comply with EEO.

• Apply knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Business Area policies and procedures to effectively advise Hiring Leaders and HR on the staffing process and best practices to increase efficiency and reduce cycle time.

• As an active consultant, ensure compliance with Corporate Policy.

• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support special projects.

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

-2 years+ of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources

- Candidate and Stakeholder partnership and support experience

Desired Skills:

- Experience in a similar industry (aerospace, defense, or technology) is a plus

- Technical recruiting experience

- Executive recruiting exposure

- BrassRing ATS experience

- CRM experience

- Ability to support variety of TA projects

- Ability to travel as needed for recruiting events, meetings, etc.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $69,700 - $120,750. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
