Summary of Position:

• This position will develop and ensure the success of Ferris' Competitive esports program and is in charge of recruiting student-players, managing the budget, overseeing the general operations, coaching, and building the program identity. • Duties include; supervising student staff and student-players, overseeing the daily operations of the esports arena, coordinating broadcast productions of esports competitions, and coordinating esports events hosted by Ferris State University. • The preferred candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. • Travel for team tournaments and recruiting will be required. • The anticipated start date for this position is March 2025. However, this is an estimated date and can be revised if needed.
