Are you a finance leader with a passion for business partnering and strategic thinking?

A unique opportunity has arisen within the global product development area of the LEGO Group to provide financial partnering and investment management expertise.

We are looking for a driven and passionate senior finance manager seeking to elevate their career at the LEGO Group. Along with the ability to support strategic and tactical decision making through insight and data, this role will partner closely with business leadership to help shape and define the future of play.

Core Responsibilities

of this role include:

  • Partner with the Creative Play Lab (CPL) leadership team to evaluate, plan and deploy strategic investments.

  • Partner with the Play Engineering VP to drive value across Technology based Products and Platforms.

  • Lead the Business Case evaluation process for technology and play capability focussed projects.

  • Support the Digital Domain lead in creating value hypotheses, follow up on key results and drive productivity savings with Digital products.

  • Provide financial analyses, data and insight to support both tactical and strategic decision making.

  • Identify and evaluate business risks and opportunities, communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Our vision within Creative Play Lab is to create the future of play by building radically new, big and fun LEGO group experiences. This role plays a critical part in enabling this vision to succeed.

Do you have what it takes?

Master ́s degree or equivalent experience in finance, economics or similar with excellent results combined with:

  • 8+ years working within finance business partnering roles, with extensive experience partnering senior stakeholders;

  • Strong commercial business understanding, strategic thinking and acumen for investment management;

  • Core financial process experience and expertise;

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complexity, both in terms of stakeholders and topics;

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage large data sets;

  • Excellent written & verbal presentation and communication skills.

If you have experience within technology product development areas or just a keen interest in the field, we will also consider this a benefit.
