Training new staff- hiring and firing. Opening and closing the store. Provide excellent customer experience Manage employee schedules and time-off requests Collaborate with the General Manager to produce displays and inventory Check prices across multiple vendors to ensure the best cost. 48 hours per week- 8 hours of overtime each week. $17/hour or depending on qualifications.
