Job Summary

The Sr. Retail Media Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting the Retail Media business in nurturing prospects and growing existing supplier relationships to drive overall program goals. This role reports directly to the Retail Media Sales Manager and will support our rapidly growing Retail Media business. Your knowledge of Retail Media / Ecommerce combined with your communication skills will help shape our growing program.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross functional teams to provide outstanding customer service, driving revenue growth with existing and new supplier relationships

• Co-create media plans supporting each suppliers’ unique goals

• Collaborate with cross functional Retail Media team to maintain extensive product knowledge & understand product roadmap

• Pipeline management of both new & existing opportunities

• Stay up to date with industry trends that are relevant to Retail Media, as well as general retail news

Qualifications:

• 4 years marketing experience

• Retail or CPG experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication skills, outgoing personality, and strong presentation skills

• Experience in advertising sales or media account management

• Familiarity with Retail Media networks & retailers co-op environments preferred, but not required

• Negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to reach the right person to in an organization

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $82,000.00.
