Bloomington, MN, USA Req #609 Thursday, May 30, 2024 PURPOSE:Provide an exception guest experience to guest to Mall of America by perform dynamic, entertaining, and exceptional choreographed routines in a variety of dance styles and music genres. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform choreographed routines in a variety of dance styles for live audiences and events. Collaborate with choreographers, directors, and fellow dancers to create and refine performances. Rehearse and practice routines to maintain peak performance and precision. Adapt to different performance spaces and environments while maintaining quality and professionalism. Stay current with dance trends, techniques, and styles to continually enhance performance quality. PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Proficiency in multiple dance styles such as contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, and/or other specialized genres. Ability to interpret and execute complex choreography with precision and artistry. Strong stage presence and the ability to engage and captivate audiences. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills for seamless integration with fellow dancers and performance teams. Ability to learn and adapt to new choreography quickly and effectively. Strong musicality and rhythm to synchronize movements with music. Physical stamina and flexibility to endure rigorous and demanding rehearsal schedules and performances. Creativity and expression in conveying emotions and storytelling through dance. Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends to accommodate performance schedules.
