Philips Informatics Leader Latin America in Blumenau, Brazil

The Informatics Leader Latin America is accountable to drive end-to-end commercial strategy and execution for Philips' Informatics portfolio across the LATAM region, ensuring market growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Role:

  • As the Informatics Leader for Latin America region, you will shape and execute strategic go-to-market plans, driving growth and delivering value through Philips' Informatics (EI) solutions.

  • You will collaborate closely with Sales, Services, and Marketing teams, and engage with key stakeholders including customers, industry leaders, and government bodies to optimize commercial leverage and brand positioning.

  • Define and execute the Go-to-Market Plan; develop and drive a winning commercial strategy and growth plan for the region across the Informatics businesses.

  • Deploy and manage AOP Sales targets; set sales objectives for Zones and Account teams covering market coverage, sales capability building, customer-focused targets, and product-focused targets.

  • Ensure consistent customer experience (NPS, CX, CLV), value, and satisfaction in the region with Philips' EI solutions.

  • Drive overall organizational performance (OIT, Sales, Margin, and Operational Excellence) in your Commercial Area and take corrective actions as needed. Support EI with shaping and closing strategic deals.

  • Bring together Sales, Services, and Marketing teams to jointly engage and satisfy customers. Coach and develop sales (Specialist) teams within your scope.

  • Build and maintain best-in-class public and government relations, optimize these contacts for commercial leverage, and develop effective (clinical/industry) networks to strengthen Philips' brand position, especially with Key Opinion Leaders regarding the Enterprise Informatics portfolio.

  • Drive continuous improvement of the Enterprise Informatics operating model in the region, particularly in achieving Commercial Excellence.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have extensive commercial leadership experience with proven results in the LATAM Region.

  • Solid experience in defining and deploying strategic go-to-markets plan with proven impact

  • You are a leaders with strong track record in building, coaching and leading high-performing and diverse commercial/sales teams.

  • Strategic business acumen and strong customer focus;

  • Proven daily management and problem-solving skills

  • You have proven experience in working in Healthcare Informatics in Commercial roles, strategic business acumen, strong customer focus, and daily management and problem-solving skills.

  • Relevant academic background, with a preference for advanced degrees in business, marketing, or healthcare informatics.

  • You are fluent in English and Spanish and/or, Portuguese.
