Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of reactive maintenance in an industrial manufacturing setting. This role involves both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, with a focus on maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of reactive maintenance in an industrial manufacturing setting.

• Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

• Utilize knowledge of ladder logic to hook up a laptop and troubleshoot PLCs.

• Work with Fanuc systems and Fanuc controls.

• Handle motors up to 480V.

• Maintain mechanical systems such as gearboxes, pneumatics, hydraulics, and sprockets.

• Work with sensors, drives, and photo eyes.

• Troubleshoot and maintain Mitsubishi and Automation Direct PLCs.

Essential Skills

• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

• Knowledge of ladder logic

• Experience with Fanuc systems and controls

• Experience with 480V motors

• Mechanical maintenance including gearboxes, pneumatics, and hydraulics

• Experience with sensors, drives, and photo eyes

Work Environment

This position offers two openings on the night shift and one opening on the second shift. Night shift hours are from 5:15pm to 5:30am on a 2-2-3 schedule. The second shift hours are from 2:15pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday. Training will be provided on the day shift for four weeks, from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $64480.00 - $72176.00/yr.
