We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Global Growth Analytics Manager to join our team and play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. This is a unique opportunity to connect the dots across multiple analyses, synthesize key learnings, and translate complex information into actionable recommendations for our Leadership Team and Board of Directors.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Understand Current Trends Driving Category Consumption : Identify and analyze key trends impacting category consumption, including market dynamics, consumer behavior, and macroeconomic factors.

  • Identify and Analyze Growth Drivers for MDLZ and Competitors : Deeply understand how key drivers like pricing, promotions, distribution, innovation, and media spend impact business performance, identifying both threats and opportunities for MDLZ and key competitors.

  • Project Future Category Growth : Connect category forecasting with longer-term consumption trends, considering occasions, evolving consumer needs, and rising trends.

  • Apply Learnings to the Annual and Strategic Planning Process : Translate category insights into actionable recommendations for MDLZ, highlighting opportunities for growth, areas for investment, and potential challenges.

  • Present Most Relevant Insights to the Global Leadership Team : Develop clear and concise presentations, synthesizing complex information into impactful insights for Global Leadership, ensuring effective communication and engagement.

  • Lead the Category Forecasting Reinvention : Implement a new category forecasting process, working with external vendors and seamlessly integrating the solution with business units.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is required

  • 7 or more years of experience within analytics

  • 4 or more years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) is required

  • Foundational Excellence: A strong academic foundation in marketing, analytics, economics, or business management.

  • Analytical Prowess: Hands-on experience with cutting-edge audience analytics, Marketing Mix Modeling, Category Forecasting, alongside deep understanding of consumer and shopper data & insights.

  • Ability to handle complex, high-volume data from diverse sources.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in data visualization tools

  • Strong communication skills are required

  • Ability to travel 10% as needed

For the U.S. locations, the base salary range for this position is $117,400 to $161,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
