Cytel Project Coordinator Bogota, Colombia

The Agile Project Coordinator will manage Agile projects using Scrum methodology, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders. They will coordinate report development and data conversion activities related to an Oracle Fusion implementation, gather and document project requirements. The role requires proficiency in Jira, experience in requirements gathering, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills. A Bachelor's degree and Agile certification are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage Agile project using Scrum methodology.

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.

  • Track and report project progress using Jira.

  • Identify and resolve project issues and risks.

  • Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date.

  • Assist in the continuous improvement of Agile processes and practices.

  • Gather and document project requirements effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Project Management).

  • Proven experience as an Agile Project Coordinator or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology and Agile principles.

  • Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and management.

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation or similar large ERP projects.

  • Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.

  • Experienced in projects related to developing reports, reporting solutions, applications and data conversion pipelines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) is a plus.
