o Technical degree or certification in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields from an accredited civilian or military institution, or minimum of 4 years’ experience in aviation inventory management, repairable management and enduse- monitoring.

o Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aviation logistics inventory control and/or warehouse management.

o Knowledge of Microsoft office and automated logistics systems.

o Minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising personnel in the logistics field.

o Must have or be able to acquire a Dangerous Goods Certified Training provided by recognized service provider accepted by ISO, FAA, Colombia Aeronautical Civil, or the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

o Knowledge of Colombian Customs and export control procedures required. Knowledge of ITAR and U.S. Customs procedures preferred.

o Certified International Cargo Training or equivalent is desired.

o English language equivalent to the Foreign Service Institute Level R/1.

o Knowledge of Colombian safety standards and procedures required.
