Job Summary
- This role is responsible for engaging in customer interactions, handling customer inquiries, and effectively selling products, services, and solutions while nurturing client relationships. The role demonstrates advanced skills in solution-based selling, complex negotiations, and strategic collaboration to optimize sales outcomes, refine strategies, and elevate team performance.
Responsibilities
Handles customer request calls adeptly, leveraging expertise to effectively sell products, services, and solutions to the installed customer base.
Addresses complex customer inquiries by offering multi-product/service solutions, often involving integrated solutions that meet intricate needs.
Manages key accounts, nurturing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning offerings with client objectives.
Maintains an in-depth understanding of the organization's products, services, and industry trends, ensuring accurate and insightful communication with customers.
Navigates complex negotiations and high-value sales opportunities to secure beneficial outcomes for both customers and the organization.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize the sales process, ensuring seamless customer experience and efficient workflows.
Provides valuable inputs to Sales Representatives on emerging market trends, customer preferences, and potential opportunities to refine sales strategies.
Analyzes performance metrics and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimizing sales outcomes.
Contributes to the development of sales strategies, collaborating with management and cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with organization goals.
Trains, coaches, and leads other lower-level representatives, sharing knowledge and experience to enhance the team's collective performance.
Education & Experience Recommended
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field.

Salary : The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $29.47 to $36.06 per hour, with a 60/40 (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
