HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Partner with development teams to build apps, automation, and workflows to power operational efficiency.

  • Leverage data to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization for business operations.

  • Continually enhance reporting processes to analyze operational effectiveness.

  • Partner with data analytics teams to proactively identify new insights, approaches, and industry trends.

  • Coordinate support from and develop deep relationships with our functional support teams, which include Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain

  • Collaborate with functional support and capability teams to create innovative practices and standards that support the organization.

  • Maintain constant communication with functional support and delivery teams to ensure alignment with enterprise and organizational goals

  • Collect information from teams to ensure targets and goals are being met.

  • Works in tandem with capability leaders and functional support teams to maintain organizational trust and a collaborative work environment

  • Maintain operational battle rhythm for the ACICS organization including but not limited to monthly reviews, all hands, quarterly forecasting cycles, and off sites

  • Manage staffing lifecycle across 500-person organization, including onboarding, compliance, and offboarding.

  • Define, track, and report on business operations metrics that align with organization strategy.

  • Provide guidance and tools to managers to optimize delivery and efficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Experience optimizing work processes; identifying and creating processes necessary to get work accomplished, creating efficient workflows, designing processes and solutions that align with business objectives with a focus on continual improvement.

  • Strong analytical and data skills.

  • Organizational Savvy – Track record of contributing in a meaningful way, with a clear understanding of the business’ needs and using knowledge of company culture to meet objectives.

  • Strategic Mindset - Understands the larger picture and can anticipate future trends to implement solutions, accordingly, creates strategies that show clear connection between vision and action, develops strategies to meet employee needs and in anticipation of future needs.

  • Expert level Excel

  • Extensive experience in Tableau and building and updating dashboards

  • Experience with creating and presenting executive level presentation to leadership

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization

  • Ability to take initiative and function independently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience building and using forecast models for capacity management and financial management.

  • Leadership experience across cross-functional and dedicated teams.

  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, or data analytics tools. Certifications are nice to have.

The likely salary range for this position is $93,500 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
