The Robotics Supply Chain organization sources a portfolio of robotics technology and is responsible for getting the right materials to the right place at the right time to support our network of global fulfillment and transportation solutions. It’s an operation that works cross-functionally with teams across Amazon globally, and is driven by data and metrics. The Supply Chain team is seeking an experienced Supply Chain planner to manage the timely and efficient material delivery to AR sites by managing schedules and addressing supply chain constraints. This role will own end to end supply planning of a portfolio and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze demand fluctuations, resolve delivery challenges, and communicate risks to stakeholders. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, risk management, and continuous improvement to enhance overall supply chain performance.
Key job responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end supply chain planning of a portfolio of AR solution, ensuring materials are delivered on time to meet project requirements.
Proactively identify supply chain risks, implement robust mitigation strategies, and communicate potential disruptions to stakeholders to maintain business continuity.
Drive supply chain delivery performance by owning key metrics, addressing constraints, and influencing stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks effectively.
Lead timely risk assessments and provide transparent updates to stakeholders, outlining risks and actionable plans to achieve supply stability.
Partner with Field Service, Hardware Engineering, Logistics, Commodity Management, and Purchasing teams to evaluate and communicate the impact of changes to the demand and supply plan.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of supply chain experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
