Kin Dee Good Thai Street Eat and Drink offers many popular street foods from Thailand. Street food is foodies' adventure paradise. Here at Kin Dee, it's where you get to explore new dishes and open to the  new experiences.  Our Thai Specialty Cooks ensure these delicious Thai dishes are authentically prepared in a timely manner for our customers. Job Duties:

• Use Thai culinary training, prepare and cook food pursuant to the Employer's high standards
• Plan, design and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers
• Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays
• Supervise and train prep cooks in the Thai culinary arts
• Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
• Check the quantity and quality of received products
• Check stock levels and orders supplies
• Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services
• Follow standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety
• Train less skilled kitchen staff in the Thai culinary arts

Requirement:  24 months in any occupation demonstrating Thai cooking experience (2 years of experience in Thai cooking). *Salary:  $50,939/year                  *
