Job Description

We are looking for a contracts manager to join our team and oversee the contract management process for our team in support of our data center construction projects. You will be responsible for the RFQ process, in addition to preparing, reviewing, negotiating and executing contracts with various parties, such as, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants. You will also ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and industry standards and manage any contract-related issues or disputes. To be successful as a contracts manager, you should have excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills. You should also have a solid understanding of commercial language, construction practices, risk management and project management. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively with different stakeholders and departments.

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, construction management or a related field or equivalent work experience

-2+ years' experience in contract management, contract administration or a similar role, preferably in the construction services, land development or data center industry

-Proficiency with contract management software, such as SAP Ariba

-Experience reviewing commercial language, terms and conditions, construction practices, and project management

-Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

-High attention to detail, accuracy and quality -Previous experience in data center construction null
