What You’ll Do:

• Photolithography: Learn to master coat/develop and pattern exposure techniques.

• Pattern Transfer: Get hands-on experience with both wet and dry etching methods.

• Substrate Cleaning: Perform precise cleaning using advanced wet chemistry.

• Metrology: Ensure accuracy and precision in every process.

What You Bring:

Technical Skills:

• Willingness to learn and operate microscopes.

• Basic understanding of electronics assembly (we’ll teach you the rest!).

• Familiarity with Excel and Word is a plus.

• Cleanroom experience is a bonus, but not required.

• Ability to set up and operate both manual and computer-controlled equipment (training provided).

• Interest in electronics, soldering, circuit boards, computer chips, and wafer fabrication.
