Job Title: Payroll/Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location : Brewerton, NY

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Payroll/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, accounts receivable, and familiarity with prevailing wage requirements. Additionally, a construction background is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

  • Ensure compliance with prevailing wage regulations.

  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies.

  • Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in payroll and accounts receivable.

  • Must have experience with prevailing wage calculations and reporting.

  • Construction background is a significant advantage.

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or Dynamics (preferred).
