PRIMARY ROLE OBJECTIVE: Responsible for ensuring that buildings and equipment are cleaned, orderly and sanitized.   MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES 1. Daily Cleaning activities 2. Dusts and wet mops all linoleum floors in patient care areas and in restroom areas 3. Dusts, cleans and sanitizes all counter tops, window ledges and horizontal surfaces in exam room, public waiting rooms, and office spaces. 4. Disinfects and sanitizes exam rooms and exam tables 5. Cleans glass surfaces and windows. 6. Cleans and sanitizes all sinks and toilet basins 7. Ensures paper and soap dispensers are stocked and functional 8. Spot cleans and vacuums all carpeted areas 9. Weekly Cleaning activities 10. Terminally cleans all exam rooms and bathrooms 11. Supply control 12. Monitors janitorial supply inventory, and orders, as needed, per established procurement guidelines 13. Maintains janitorial equipment and storage areas in a clean and organized fashion 14. Safety 15. Installs interior lights 16. Schedules and performs filter changes on air handling units 17. Forwards MSD sheets on all janitorial supplies to the Clinic Operations Manager EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Possess a basic level of written and verbal communication skills, computational and computer skills and mathematical knowledge typically acquired through completion of high school program
