The IT PMO Analyst will partner with the Director, IT – Enterprise SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance to support the NorthStar project management strategy creation, execution, and coordination for the NorthStar Program. This role is heavily focused on project coordination, monitoring and control, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of SAP-related projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Monitoring and Control: Monitor project progress, prepare regular status reports, and deliver updates to stakeholders. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track project performance.

  • Communication: Coordinate meetings, document minutes, follow up on action items, and serve as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze project data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Methodology Support: Support the development and maintenance of project management methodologies, tools, and templates.

  • Risk Management: Assist in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks. Develop and maintain risk logs and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.

  • Resource Management: Support resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal utilization of project resources. Track and report on resource availability and capacity.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to project team members on project management tools and methodologies.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Testing Coordination: Support testing coordination and tool administration (Microfocus ALM, Worksoft Certify).

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS, or equivalent.

  • Experience: Five years or more of experience in project management or a PMO role, preferably within an SAP environment. Proven experience in coordinating and supporting IT projects.

  • Project Management Knowledge: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMBOK, Agile). Proficiency in project management tools.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Project).

  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Excel, SharePoint Lists/Trackers).

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.

  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as required.

Work Environment: This position operates in a professional office environment and requires interaction with various departments and stakeholders. The role may require travel up to 25% as needed.
