We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join the team in Brisbane CBD. Work for a key client account on an ultra premium asset.

The Opportunity

  • Work on a premium new commercial asset for our prestigious client account; Charter Hall.

  • Work within a climate active carbon neutral building, creating a new benchmark in workplace experience including high quality facilities and innovative technology

  • Ensure a smooth transition from development to practical completion including DLP and post DLP stage.

  • Assist with managing any integrated fitouts during DLP

  • Provide support across procurement, ESG, WHS and asset technology

  • To support the property teams through operational and facilities management delivery and advice

About you

  • A senior FM with experience across the development/commissioning of an asset and managing Defect Liability stages

  • Experienced in working within premium commercial assets

  • Able to work autonomously whilst managing one other - build strong, effective working relationships with all stakeholders

  • Experience in contractor management in the commercial environment

  • Experience managing top tier tenants in a premium office tower
