Under the direction of the Operations Administrator, assists with a variety of secretarial functions requiring accuracy, precision and discretion. Handles a variety of confidential and privileged matters and materials pertaining to the student population. Answers and screens all incoming calls. Checks and maintains all audiovisual equipment. High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one year experience in an office setting. Post secondary education preferred.
