About PATRIOT ALL PRO PHYSICAL THERAPY CENTERS: Are you a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others? Look no further! 32-40 per week Must have a valid Physical Therapist Assistant License in the State of MA. Do not apply if you are not a licensed PTA. We are currently seeking a skilled PTA to join our team at a reputable healthcare facility. Patriot All Pro Physical Therapy Centers has been in business for 20+ years with locations in the Greater Boston area and its suburbs. We are a fast-paced growing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing physical therapy services, collaborating with therapists and patients, and delivering high-quality care to help individuals achieve their rehabilitation goals. Job Responsibilities: Assisting in the implementation of treatment plans with measurable goals and time frames. Conducting therapeutic exercises and and instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities, such as non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily-living activities. Monitoring patient progress. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, and adhering to infection-control policies and protocols. Providing patients with education and support to promote optimal recovery while encouraging wellness and health maintenance. Possessing a strong framework for musculoskeletal system, manual therapy skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Passionate about learning and receptive to teaching. Willing, able, and have a strong desire to work with a team of people. Requirements: - Associate\'s degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program. - Valid MA state license to practice as a PTA. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing exceptional care. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred. -Outgoing and energetic personality. -Excellent excercise and manual based skills.
