Responsible for managing various aspects of the debit card product including interchange optimization, inventory management, and spend campaigns. In conjunction with the Compliance team, reviews debit card disclosures and complaints for regulatory compliance. Handles escalations, issue resolution, and is responsible for overall member satisfaction and operational support. This position will communicate internally with Marketing, Member Experience Center, Finance, Information Technology, and the Branches to share requirements and resolve escalated problems. Has frequent contact with vendors and peers within the industry which require a thorough understanding of debit cards, retail banking systems, and credit union needs. REQUIREMENTS 1. Bachelor\'s degree and a minimum of two years experience in debit card services. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. 2. Project management experience with ability to work with tight timelines, identify opportunities to increase interchange revenue, and interact with business partners to resolve member needs. 3. Successful experience with the development and implementation of operational plans and procedures that ensure regulatory compliance as well as a positive and consistent member experience. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills, ability to manage inventory volumes, and work independently. 5. Demonstrated experience using independent judgment and discretion to lead a project team in complex situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism. 6. Must develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position.
