Description

As a member of our team, you will be part of a community of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes. We are currently seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services to adult patients, including medical diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures to aid in diagnosis and treatment

• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines

• Educate patients on preventive health measures and health maintenance practices

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

• Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements

• Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards and guidelines
