Our client, who is one of the world leaders in Luxury Fragrances, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Marketing team in receiving and shipping orders, inventory maintenance and ensuring strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Job Title: Logistics Coordinator (Retail)

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Pay Range: $25.00 -$27.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4pm (Fridays during holiday season)

What’s the Job?

Maintenance of the shipping facility infrastructure

• Receive and unpack stock deliveries

• Organize stockroom and ensure workspace is safe and clean

• Inventory maintenance, bi-weekly/monthly inventory counts

• Order supplies

Dispatch

• Ensure all orders are dispatched in 2 business days upon receipt of order

• Ensure packages are picked-up by shipping carriers in time

• Maintain strong relationships with delivery service representatives, handle shipping issues and package returns with clients

Fulfillment

• Order stock on PADC and B2B

• Process orders

• Pick, prepare and pack orders according to Le Labo’s packaging standards

Communication

• Liaising with the Marketing team for the orders and special projects

• Send tracking numbers for all orders

• Submit end of day report

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Proficiency with Mac Applications and Microsoft Suite

• Ability to manage time and prioritize work assignments

• Ability to function independently after training to complete assignments

• Ability to perform physical job duties that include but aren’t limited to lifting and unload packages
