Responsibilities

Oversee the duties and responsibilities of day-to-day operations of the Tubular Running Services through the management of equipment and personnel. Assist the Operations Manager in daily activities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise Location Field Support Personnel.

  • Coordinate equipment orders and personnel to dispatch to customer locations.

  • Communicate with the sales force in securing customer requirements and time frames.

  • Create daily and post-job operation reports

  • Available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to customer needs.

  • Recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

  • Oversee, coordinate, and manage personnel training and competency

  • Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.

  • Must understand and comply with all Weatherford's safety rules and company policies.

  • Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

  • Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in offshore drilling services management

  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize, dispatch, and track resources

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills

  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Products

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Multi-tasking ability
